Can you extend or pause my trial?

30 days is a fair period to find out if Paperpile is the right product for you. In general, we do not extend or pause trials.

However, if you signed up and then did not have time to test it in your first 30 days or you want to give it another try after a while, we can extend trials for up to 2 weeks. Please reach out to us via the in-app chat or support@paperpile.com if you have questions on that.
